Our last summer all-church picnic is Sunday night, at Upper Tuthill Park at 6pm. These picnics are held in place of our normal Sunday evening service. Tableware and beverages are provided, but all families are asked to bring an entrée to share, as well as a side based on your last name: (A-K=Appetizer; L-Z=Dessert)

 

 

There will be a short meeting for all Youth Group parents: Sunday at 11:40am. It will be helpful for all parents of 6th-12th graders who will be participating in Youth Group activities to attend. We will discuss the purpose of the Youth Ministry, fall calendar, and different ways parents and the Youth Ministry can support each other.

 

 

 

Everyone is invited to the Apex Trip pancake breakfast fundraiser on Sunday, September 4th at 10:30am in the Fellowship Hall. The team will  give an update on how God worked during this past summer's High School trip to Bridge of Hope in Kansas City.

 

 

 

On Sunday, September 11th, we will be kicking off the fall ministries of 1^st E Free! The morning service will be followed by Sunday school for all ages beginning at 10:30am. After Sunday school, we will have an extended time for churchwide fellowship through food and fun for the kids including inflatables—all right here at the church.

 

 

 

• Thursday mornings from 9AM—11AM starting September 8th. We will study the book of Isaiah: The Holy One of Israel by Sarah Ivill. The cost is $13. Childcare is provided through age 6. We will start with lesson one done on 9/8/22.  It is not too late to sign up, though you will need to order your own book.
• Tuesday evenings at church from 7:00-8:30 PM starting September 6th and then every other Tuesday. We plan to study the book of Titus: Zeal by Keri Folmar. The cost is $10. To register visit: https://tinyurl.com/nv2db3jz. Please contact Mary Lynne  with questions or to register. 

 

This fall we have classes scheduled for those interested in membership. Classes will happen during the Sunday School hour on: September 18th & 25th and October 2nd & 9th^. If you are interested in membership, please check the box on your connection card! You can also contact one of the pastors or elders.
