All Church Picnic:

Our final summer all-church picnic will take place Sunday, August 29th at the McKennan Park picnic shelter at 6pm. This picnic is held in place of  our normal Sunday evening service. Tableware and beverages are provided, but everyone is asked to bring an entrée to share, as well as a side based on your last name: (A-K=Dessert;  L-Z=Salad/Appetizer)

Membership Classes:

For those who are interested in joining our “Family of Disciples,” we will be offering a three-week membership class. This class will be held downstairs Sept. 19, 26, and Oct. 3 during the Sunday school hour in room 109. We will be discussing the Evangelical Free Church as a denomination, and the particulars of this church. If you are interested, please contact the church office. Thanks!

Fall Kickoff is Sept 12th:

On Sunday, September 12, we will be kicking off the fall ministries of 1st E Free! The morning service will be followed by Sunday school for all ages beginning at 10:30am. After Sunday school, we will have an extended time for churchwide fellowship through food and fun for the kids including inflatables—all right here at the church.
