The church library’s Summer Reading Challenge had 47 participants: 15 Beginner Readers, 34 Juniors, 19 Seniors, and 9 adults. Besides books, the New Testament, the entire Bible, and many biographies were read including biographies of Douglas MacArthur, D.L. Moody, Theodore Roosevelt, and Ronald Reagan, to name just a few.

The most popular reward chosen was HyVee. Others enjoyed go ing to Milky Way for an earned treat or Hobby Lobby for craft projects. Crossroads was chosen often, too. A longtime favorite of some has been an order from Christian Book Distributors. The team of librarians would like to express their appreciation to all who participated and congratulate those who handed in finished packets. Please check your home for lost or misplaced FEFC library books that need to be returned. Thanks.
